Your contract for the services provided by these third parties will be with the specific supplier, subject to their own terms and conditions.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit will be required at the time of booking for certain services, with the full balance due by a specified date prior to departure. Details regarding payment schedules will be provided at the time of booking.
- Prices quoted are subject to change until confirmed by payment. We reserve the right to amend prices due to changes in taxes, fees, exchange rates, or supplier costs.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of any deposit paid.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellations or amendments to confirmed bookings must be made in writing.
- Cancellation charges will apply and vary depending on the service, supplier terms, and the time of cancellation. These charges can be up to 100% of the total booking cost.
- Amendment fees may also apply for any changes made after confirmation.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation or interruption.
5. Travel Documentation and Insurance
- It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, visas, and any other necessary travel documents for all countries you intend to visit or transit through. We can assist with visa general guidance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients booking travel through Atlantic Journeys Ltd. This insurance should cover, but not be limited to, medical emergencies, repatriation, cancellation, and curtailment. Proof of insurance may be required.
6. Health and Fitness
It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit enough to undertake the chosen travel arrangements and to comply with any health requirements (e.g., vaccinations). We cannot be held responsible for any health issues arising during or after your travel.
7. Limitation of Liability
Atlantic Journeys Ltd. acts only as an agent for the suppliers of travel services. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of any third-party travel supplier, or due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or governmental acts. Our liability for any claim arising from your booking with us is limited to the amount paid to us for the services.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
